the bathtub/shower had a view. it could not be compared to anything.
the bath towels looked worn. they seemed thin. the towels showed clear signs of aging. housekeeping serviced the room and no bathroom mat was placed. this detracted from the expected experience.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The hotel is well-managed. It offers facilities expected from a high-end hotel. I found the location convenient for accessing various attractions within a short taxi ride. I also appreciated the proximity to the BTS station. Our room was spacious and comfortable for my family. The bathroom had a door that slides open for extra space. Staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything tasted very fresh.
I found the gym's location a bit inconvenient, requiring a long walk from the main hotel area.

i must thank the staff enormously for their service quality. asking something results in a resounding yes. i asked to change my room and was offered another with a amazing view and chocolate! also, the restaurant dishes were perfect, the staff helped choose dishes suited to my rhythm.
Even though i am a bonvoy member, i felt no special treatment. i booked a higher floor room for five nights and was given a room with no special view. doormen and bell boys were somewhere around there. They missed my chauffeured rolls.

the hotel is next to the skytrain station; this makes access very easy. several main attractions are nearby. the shopping mall area is very close, and so is the weekend market.
